In these interactive workshops, you will learn about common risks to children in community sport. What are the high-risk situations and how can we be safer? Not only will this help you to keep the children at your club safe, but you will also find ways to avoid placing adults in risky situations. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to identify and manage the child safety risks at your club. About the PresenterMatt Sibley, Child Safe Officer (Sport) from the Office of the Children’s Guardian, will be facilitating these workshops. He is a highly experienced presenter who focusses on practical ways in which sport clubs can care and protect children and their local communities. Workshops locationsThe workshops will be held across multiple regional locations in NSW and will be facilitaed by experienced staff from the Office of the Childrens Guardian.
